The building operates entirely on electricity, featuring induction cooktops and high-efficiency systems, eliminating the need for natural gas. It has a 7.8-Star Average NatHERS Rating and achieves an overall score of 70% in the Built Environment Sustainability Scorecard (BESS), far exceeding industry best-practice benchmarks.
